Constituted and activated on 20 July 1966 in Long Binh, Republic of Vietnam from the remains of Bravo Company 266th Quartermaster Battalion, Fort Lewis, Washington

Reorganized and re-designed in April 1972 as the 91st Supply and Combat Company

Inactivated in February 1973
