Organized Reserves re-designated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; on 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve 

Inactivated 31 October 1950 at Dallas, Texas 

Activated 1 December 1955at Dallas, Texas 

Inactivated 1 April 1959 at Dallas, Texas 

Activated 1 March 1963 at El Paso, Texas 

Reorganized and Re-designated 30 December 1967 as headquarters and headquarters Company, 383d Quartermaster Battalion 

Ordered into active military service 27 September 1990 at El Paso, Texas; released 3 June 1991 from active military service and reverted to reserve status
