Distinguished Units of the Quartermaster Regiment
Since 1993 the Distinguished Unit of the Regiment Program recognizes units
with a Quartermaster lineage (both active and inactive) that have significantly
Contributed to the proud heritage of the Army and the Quartermaster Corps. Unit
performance is measured by: the unit's history, longevity, campaign and battle streamers,
and unit citations. Framed unit lineage and honor statements and unit insignia for all
Distinguished Units of the Regiment are prominently displayed in Mifflin Hall, Fort Lee,

Nomination Criteria
Eligibility: Any Quartermaster unit – Active Duty,
Reserve Component, or National Guard; whether on the currently Activated or
Inactive roles – is eligible to be nominated for this award.
Nominating Procedures: Anyone can submit nominations
for the DUOR award. For a nominating packet to be complete it must include (1) A
Formal Letter of Nomination, (2) Narrative Account of the Unit’s Major
Contributions, and (3) Official Lineage and Honors Statement complete with list
of campaign participation and any awards or decorations, (4) Nominator
Address/Phone Number. Supplemental information may be included, such as letters
of support from individuals who served with or are serving in the unit, or any
additional testimonials, awards, notices, or other forms of recognition.
MAILING INSTRUCTIONS. All nominations for the above
Regimental Honors Program awards should be sent prior to 31 December of the year
prior to the
nominating year to:
